Mindfulness for the Expecting Mama

I am thrilled to be partnering with Lisa Preller, PLLC founder of Empowered Midwifery Care on this unique program for expecting mothers!


Whether a first time mother, or welcoming a younger sibling to your family, exploring a mindfulness practice is perhaps the biggest gift you can offer yourself, your children and your partner and/or supportive parenting village.


This program will help you become present in the moment, more self-aware of what's going on inside you and around you, and give you tools to cope better with stress. It isn't always easy, but the benefits are like…magic 😉.


In this 4-week immersion we will:

  • Explore the neuroscience backed benefits of mindfulness

  • Nurture the attributes of mindfulness such as; patience, trust, beginner's mind, non-judgement, flexibility and acceptance

  • Establish an accessible mindful practice; offering expecting mothers tools to help regulate stress and anxiety and be more present and calm during pregnancy and motherhood

In-person Retreat: Sunday December 11 from 1pm-3pm

Empowered Midwifery Care

Virtual Sessions: Sundays (12/18, 1/8 and 1/15) from 11am-12pm

This program is being offered for $250.

If you are an Empowered Midwifery Care (EMC) patient, your cost is $125 as EMC has generously subsidized this program for you.
