Let's Rock: Self Soothing Practice

I recently joined an Instagram Live with Elizabeth Gilbert who was glowing and beaming with joy. 

Someone asked her about having a partner and loneliness.

She smiled broadly and made a remark about the importance of self-love first.

She went on to share a self-soothing practice she does routinely. The loving energy she exuded when she demonstrated was

absolutely captivating. 

So I've been practicing it a bit myself. It's

become one of my favorite tools when I could use a nurturing warm hug. 

There is something about the sway and

the rhythm in the practice that is

so gently grounding. 

I want to share it with you too. This practice is a beautiful way to unify mind and body.
