let's dance, here's the playlist

Friends, on a scale of 1-10, I have a dance threshold of 0. That’s right, if there’s music, I’m moving.

Here’s the thing, it brings me so much joy.

So when I read this poem, I knew I had to share it with you…

“You are being asked to dance, rather than understand, to lay down the thoughts to rest, and to come alive…it is the bravest, most trusting soul that dares put the mind to rest and says “tonight we dance".

The need for answers and plans, assurances and explanations is passing out of your world now. Lose your head!"*

That’s what a mindfulness practice can give you tools and courage to do; lay down the thoughts, surrender to not having all the answers and get in-tune with the true rhythm of your life.
