Mamas, you’ve done really hard and incredibly brave things during an especially hard couple of years.
You play countless roles, and right now, it’s time to pause, nurture and restore the extraordinary woman at the core of all of them.
I’ve spent the last several months creating something super special for you, something that could empower you and transform your wellness for this lifetime and generations to come.
Starting later this fall, I am offering my first 12-week semi-private Mindfulness for Mamas immersion!
The journey of making this program has been a devoted labor of love just for you. During my most challenging times as a mom, when I’d look over at a stack of helpful books that just seemed too overwhelming at times, this is the synthesized course that I would have wanted. For you, my singular goal was to create a mindfulness program with that was not only relatable but chock-full of accessible tools for us super busy Moms.
Together we will:
Learn foundation of (formal and informal) mindfulness principles and practices
Explore the neuroscience backed benefits of mindfulness (the list is soooo long)
Gain deeper self-awareness and knowledge by establishing a practice that is accessible to you
Create more space (the magical pause) between stress and stimulus response
Establish a mindful parenting approach; using co-regulation practices and tools to be more present and connected to your child
Build a community of support
Our time together will include:
Weekly 1-hour virtual meetings consisting of 5 members; 4 participants and me
Weekly practices, guided video/audio meditation and check-ins between meetings
One, 1:1 private session with me to help you cultivate a practice that works just for you
1:1 text messaging support for questions and reflections throughout the 12-weeks
Supportive documents and additional resources
This program is for YOUR growth and wellbeing. It's an opportunity for you to create a ripple of peace, self-awareness and harmony for yourself and in turn, all of those you care so much about. It takes work, but it’s like…magic 😉.
There is so much to share, but it won't be like drinking out of a fire hydrant, we will pace it out over 12-weeks and do this with ease and simplicity.
I can tell you first hand that investing in the quality of your presence can radically change your life. I’ve experienced it firsthand.
It isn’t always easy, and it’s a life-long practice, but I can’t think of a more valuable use of your time and energy.

PS: And here is a little (more formal) mindfulness practice for you, but ⚠️ be warned ⚠️ this practice is 🔥 ...and not just because I think it’s helpful, I'm literally sitting in front of a roaring fireplace.
